4. Tracking Information: Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect after the item has been shipped.

5. International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

6. Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are advised to ensure they have a secure location for delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate the package. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Returns and Exchanges: Our returns policy allows for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
